Earning & redeeming MyRewards

As a Prepaid customer, you are automatically enrolled into the MyRewards program, where you earn MyRewards dollars that you can use towards a cool, new phone.

It’s our way of saying thanks!

Earning MyRewards

To earn MyRewards dollars, you only have to keep topping up your account. Each time your accumulated top-ups reach $100 within a six month period, 5 MyRewards dollars is added to your MyRewards balance*.

That’s a 5% bonus.

You will receive a free text message once the 5 MyRewards dollars has been added to your MyRewards balance.

Your MyRewards dollars are not reflected in your account balance. However, you can track MyRewards dollar balance by logging into your online TELUS account, clicking e.care and then clicking MyRewards.

Redeeming MyRewards

Once you’ve earned 50 MyRewards dollars, you can use them towards a new TELUS phone**.

There are 3 ways for you to redeem your dollars:

  • Visit a TELUS store or authorized dealer with your valid photo ID.
  • Log in to your online TELUS account and click myoffer/myorder and follow the onscreen instructions.
  • Call TELUS at 1-866.558-2273 and have your PIN ready.

If necessary, be prepared to pay for any difference between your MyRewards balance and the price of your new phone.

*MyRewards dollars can take up to 7 days of your qualifying top-up to appear in your MyRewards balance.
**Smartphones, Connect Cards, Talk Away® bundles, Prepaid bundles, Prepaid Starter Kits and refurbished phones are not eligible for this offer. If the value of discount exceeds the cost of your equipment, the difference will not be credited to your account. Discount is not redeemable for cash, Prepaid credit or phone accessories and it is not transferable.
