How does the Favourite Numbers feature work?

Once you purchase the Favourite Numbers feature, you will be asked to enter 5 local phone numbers.

The Favourite Numbers feature will give you unlimited local calling and text messaging to the numbers you enter for up to 30 days.

Once entered, a client's numbers will be saved for 30 days. When a client renews the feature for another 30 days their original numbers can carry over or they are able to change them.

What if I don't have five numbers to enter?

If you decide to enter less than five numbers after purchasing the feature, you may access your account online at www.mytelusmobility.com under "eCare" at any time during the 30-day feature cycle, and add any remaining numbers. Any numbers added late will expire with the original numbers on the feature expiry date.

Eg. You add 4 out of your 5 Favourite Numbers numbers when you purchase the feature and then add your 5th number on day 15 of the Favourite Numbers feature cycle. The 5th number will expire on day 30 along with the other original four numbers.

How often can I update my numbers?

Once entered, phone numbers cannot be changed until the feature is renewed for another 30 days or repurchased

How can I manage the Favourite Numbers feature?

You are able to manage the Favourite Numbers feature by logging in to your online TELUS account under "eCare". Here you can add numbers (if they have not yet been entered) and determine when your feature will renew or expire. In addition, you will be able to see your transaction history that records all calls or text messages you have made. This will allow you to track which calls and text messages you have saved money on by using the Favourite Numbers feature.
