Topping up your balance
Topping up is easy!
Choose one of four convenient ways: Pay & Talk airtime card, Credit Card, INTERAC® Online or CIBC Bank Machine.
Credit Card
Register a credit card and sign up for automatic top-ups to ensure your balance never reaches zero and you never lose your best per minute rate.

- In e.Care, select the "pre-registered credit card" link
- Or, you can call Client Care at *611 to register the credit card

- select "Pay & Talk top up"
- to complete a one time top-up, select "one time credit card"
- to set up automatic top-ups, select "30-day" or "minimum balance"

- Select option 2: "add money using a credit card or set up automatic top-ups"

30-day top-ups: Your account will be automatically topped-up every 30 days with your preferred amount ($10, $25 or $50)
Minimum balance top-ups: Your account will be automatically topped-up with your preferred amount ($10, $25 or $50) when your balance falls below $5 and every 30 days. Please note, regular 30 day top-ups will occur in addition to any minimum balance top-ups made during the month.
Prepaid Top-up Cards
Prepaid top-up cards are available in $10, $25, $50 and $100 amounts, at over 6,000 convenient locations across Canada.

Use your CIBC bank card to purchase top-ups at any participating CIBC bank machine

- Select $10, $25, $50 or $100 top-up
- you will receive a printed receipt with an airtime code
